A well designed Fire Safety Plan plays a significant role in the overall safety of buildings and occupants in our region and around the world. With over 20 years of experience preparing Fire Safety Plan Manuals and Evacuation Signs in a wide variety of occupancies, we can provide you with one of the most effective pieces of safety equipment available in your building – prevention and preparation!

In British Columbia, as in most provinces in Canada, the Fire Code requires any building that has a Fire Alarm System installed, to have a Fire Safety Plan in place. We consult with the Fire Department, Fire Code and local Fire By-Laws to ensure the document is acceptable to and will be approved by the Fire Prevention Office that is reviewing it. Our Fire Safety Plan Manual includes i) an in-depth, site-specific description, including photos of your building and its safety systems, ii) drawings of your building which detail the locations of fire & life safety equipment, iii) specific evacuation instructions for staff, residents or public, depending on the type of occupancy, and iv) requirements and log for effective maintenance, testing and inspection of your buildings’ fire equipment. This information coupled with a training demonstration on the proper use and maintenance of your Fire Safety Plan will contribute to the prevention of accidents and fire incidents and will equip your building occupants with the tools they need to minimize the risk of harm during an emergency situation.

We have manufactured and installed interior and exterior sign packages for numerous buildings in the Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and B.C. Interior areas. We have established excellent working relationships with City and Fire Inspectors in order to best predict the specific signs that your building will require before your final inspection takes place. We offer a variety of both standard and decorative options for building signage to suit your budget.
